Its not all sunshine and bliss in a Marin county lifetstyle.

Here is a picture between storms at Blackies pasture, a fine sunny place on most days.
Another Marin park, this one in tiburon, at the side of the bay, mixing the human experience and the great outdoors.
There are so many trails in Marin, often the trail starts from your or your neighbor's back door. That daily contact with nature during your daily excersise or while walking you dog is part of the Marin lifestyle.

This is another photo on aRing mountain trail, walking over lichen covered rocks along the crest of a mount tam spur, over hills and through open meadows.
From the top of ring mountain you have views of the bay on three side with Mount Tam above on the fourth side. Other photo entries here at Marin for All show those views.
Hiking in the Marin hills usually alows glimpses of the marin Towns and neigborhoods below...sometimes you also get San Frnacisco bay panoramas.
This ring mountain shot (not my best but a seaonal shot) offers Peaks of the Marin towns of Corte Madera, Larkspur, Kentfield and Green brae on one side and Tiburon, Belvedere, Mill Valley, and Sausalito on the other.
This Ring mountain photo offers a glimpse out over Tiburon towards San
Francisco across the bay:
Some Marin county photo-shots might be a bit too beautiful, here's another in Tiburon...bet it can be done better too!

Its easy to work hard all day and relax quickly afterwork with every day sights like this! This little public pier is an example of Marin residents' commitment to making every kind of access to nature as easy as possible. You don't need to think, "lets go see something", everywhere you park your car you're usually steps away from a small park, trail, or wetland observation point.
